Why insulate?

It may come as some surprise, but over one third of an un-insulated homes heat is lost through the walls. Having cavity wall insulation fitted is now one of the most recommended improvements you can make towards reducing your heating bills (up to £110 yearly) as well as saving up to 610kg off your carbon footprint

Thankfully, due to the Government's energy reduction targets, grants for cavity wall insulation are now available. We source our funding through some of the largest utility companies in the industry, and are actively involved in other Government backed schemes.

What does it involve?

Firstly, we need to carry out a full survey of the property to ensure it is suitable for insulating, and to assess the most cost effective grant available to you. Once this is complete, our surveyor will pass your details on to our office to request the relevant approval from your local building control.

Once complete, all we need from you is a signature to enable us to claim the grant on your behalf. You will then receive a 25 year CIGA guarantee (Cavity wall Insulation Guarantee Agency).
