All homeowners, no matter what the circumstance are entitled to a subsidised grant at the least - and it can be up to 50%. Due to the fact we are involved with some of the largest utility companies who are offering such grants, we are able to provide not only the grant you are entitled to, but at substantially reduced rates.
For example - taking a three bedroomed semi-detached house, the price for cavity wall insulation pre-grant funding could be in the region of £700. With the subsidised grants available, this can now be as little as £149. With an average saving of £115 per year, the insulation pays for itself in less than two years.
As with any grant funding, we claim the grant on your behalf once the work is completed to your satisfaction - you pay only your contribution, we claim the rest back from the grant provider at a later date.
